Easy to work with

Easy to work with

We're easy to work with because we can understand your issues, work collaboratively and want to pass on our knowledge along the way.

We speak your language

Our consultants who will work with you are not tech heads who have trouble communicating with ordinary people. We speak your language, but we also speak the technical language of web development, which places us in an ideal position to broker web solutions between you and our developers.

We understand your issues and priorities

Unlike other web development agencies that spend most of their time pursuing commercial work, we don't waste valuable time having to learn the culture and understand the issues of clients in the non-profit and government sectors, because these are the only sectors we work in.

We have spent all of our time working in these sectors over the last 13 years. This means we will tend to come to grips with your issues quicker and develop better solutions than our more commercially-focused rivals.

Having produced hundreds of websites over the last 13 years for the non-profit and government sectors has enabled us to develop a vast store of knowledge about how to best solve the issues that most commonly confront our clients when they embark on the web development journey.

It's not often we will face an issue that we haven't dealt with before. But when we do, we adopt an investigative approach to come up with solutions that will be best for you and viable for us.

All of this means getting a better website with less stress and more knowledge on how to manage it in the future.

We work collaboratively

Rather than treat the web development process as a black box, where the client requirements go in one end and development comes out the other, we prefer to work collaboratively with our clients.

This means having an ongoing conversation with you throughout the web development process, exploring options and reviewing our work together.  You can even monitor our work in progress by viewing the development version of your site as it's being built.

It might take us more time to complete projects, but we do this because we believe we get better results and more satisfied clients this way.

We're with you every step of the way

From even before the very first day of the project to after your site goes live, we'll be with you every step of the way; explaining the issues, suggesting improvements, critiquing options, reviewing work, training your staff and providing strategic advice on the best way to further develop your site.

If you need to sell a web development proposal to your manager then we can help you do that as well.

We do all this primarily using an online project management system, backed up with online and face to face meetings where necessary.

We want to pass on our knowledge along the way

When we work with you on a project, we don't just aim to complete your project on-time and on-budget, we also aim to pass on as much knowledge as we can to make you a better, more independent manager of your website.

We actually prefer our clients to manage their websites themselves as much as they can, rather than always relying on us to provide paid technical support. We provide this support when you need it of course, but our preference is always to make you as self-sufficient as possible.

We adopt this approach because we believe this fosters a sense of greater ownership of your website, which translates into greater effort put into your site and ultimately a better website.

All of this means getting a better website with less stress and more knowledge on how to manage it in the future.
